At KatarzynaMart, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your items under the terms outlined below.

• As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

• To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at contact@katarzynamart.com within 14 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Returns

• Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be included.

• Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene/safety reasons (e.g., opened cosmetics, personal care items, underwear).

3. Return Process

2. We will provide you with the return instructions and address.

3. Ship the product(s) back to us within 14 days after notifying us.

4. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

• We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or proof of return shipment.

5. Exchanges

• Direct exchanges are not available. If you want a different product, please place a new order after returning the original item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.

• We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
